Japanese people love fresh fish , but it is years that no fresh fish can be found in Japanese water. Therefore companies hired larger fishing boats in order to travel further in search fish.
The further the fishermen traveled, the longer it took them to fetch fresh fish. If they couldn’t manage to be back within a couple of  days,
Their fish were not fresh anymore and Japanese consumers didn’t like the taste of non- fresh fish.
To solve the problem, fishing companies equipped their fishing boats with large freezers.
They froze fish while sailing and kept them in freezers. This enabled fishermen to travel further and stay away for a longer time.
But still Japanese consumers knew the difference between the taste of fresh and frozen fish and disliked frozen ones. Therefore fishing companies equipped the boats with water tanks in which they kept fish alive. Fish struggled for a while and then calmed down. They were alive but worn out and out of breath. Unfortunately Japanese buyers still could distinguish the tastes. Fish which had not moved for several days, did not taste like fresh ones. Japanese consumers still preferred the taste of fresh fish.
Fishing companies had to solve this problem in one way or another.

How they could provide their customers with fresh fish?
If you were an advisor to fishing industry, what would you advise?
Wait a little to hear the answer.
As soon as one reaches his goals ( e.g. fishing the appropriate partner or a successful career, payment of one’s debts, etcetera) , he loses his original passion and will not be eager to work hard any more. So he grows feeble. Probably you have observed the case about winners of lotteries who had easily lost the money , those who had inherited exorbitant heritages but had never been successful, or property owners who had given up to drug addiction. On the other hand, the more intelligent, determined and qualified the person is, the more he rejoices by solving problems. Hence if you struggle enough and regularly win the challenges enough, you will feel happy and joyful. Let’s go back to the answer to our recent question :
How could Japanese fishermen manage to keep fish fresh?
They still use water tanks to keep fresh fish. But now they keep a small shark in each tank. If eats a couple of fish, but the rest of the fish stay fresh and lively the whole way long. Now they struggle to stay alive.
We advise you to :
Jump in to problems, instead of running away from them enjoy the games of life.
If your problems are too big and too many and you have to try hard to solve them, don’t give up!  Weakness will wear you out . Recognize the problem insteading of surrender to it.
Make up your mind, be informed and use the help of others.
If you have already reached your present goals, assign bigger goals for yourself.
If you have already met the needs of your family and yourself, then try to meet the needs of your group, society, and human being.
Don’t calm down after achieving your tasks.
You have proficiencies with which you can make a difference in the world.
Have a shark near you and see how far you can go !
